Refund policy
1. Definitions
In these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), the capitalized terms have the following meanings:
Special Conditions: Specific conditions, possibly mentioned on the Site in connection with a particular product(s).
Order Confirmation: The order confirmation sent via email to the Customer and/or available in their user account on the Site.
Customer: Any individual placing an order via the 23bis Site.
Calendar Days: All days of the week, including weekends and public holidays recognized under the applicable local legislation of 23bis’s headquarters.
Business Days: Weekdays excluding weekends and public holidays.
Customer Service: The dedicated service for assisting 23bis customers.
Products: Items offered for sale on the 23bis Site.
Other capitalized terms have the meanings assigned to them in the Site’s Terms of Use.
2. Scope and Amendments to the GTC
The GTC govern the contractual relationship between 23bis and the Customer. They form an integral part of the Terms of Use. In case of discrepancies between the GTC and the Terms of Use, the GTC shall prevail.
By placing an order on the Site, the Customer declares having read, understood, and unreservedly accepted the GTC. In case of disagreement, the Customer must refrain from placing an order.
23bis reserves the right to amend the GTC at any time by publishing a new version on the Site. Any order placed after the publication of a new version of the GTC implies acceptance of that version.
Special Conditions are also considered an integral part of the GTC. In case of conflict between the Special Conditions and the GTC, the Special Conditions shall prevail.
3. Product Information
The photos, videos, and descriptions of products (notably in the “Product Details” section) and stock information are provided for indicative purposes only. They do not constitute an offer or guarantee from 23bis.
4. Order Process
To place an order, the Customer must be of legal age, have the capacity to discern, and not be under guardianship. Orders are placed through the process available on the Site; other methods are excluded.
When placing an order, the Customer submits a firm and definitive offer to purchase the products under the conditions stated on the Site. The sale is considered concluded when 23bis sends the Order Confirmation to the Customer.
5. Prices
Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Preparation and delivery fees are included, but additional taxes may apply per applicable legislation. Prices are valid only for Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
6. Payment
Payments are processed via secure servers operated by our financial partners. Orders cannot be placed without full payment.
23bis does not store any payment data on its servers.
7. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer during the order process. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this address.
23bis reserves the right to refuse delivery if the provided address is incorrect.
Delivery fees are indicated during the order process.
8. Right of Withdrawal (Revocation)
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify 23bis via the withdrawal form.
Certain exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply, such as for personalized or perishable products.
9. Product Warranty
Products purchased on the Site are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty under the terms specified by the manufacturer. 23bis does not offer additional warranties. In case of non-conformity, the Customer must contact Customer Service within 3 business days of receipt.
10. Right of Revocation by 23bis
23bis reserves the right to cancel an order, even after confirmation, without needing to provide justification.
